I have a Ubuntu box 16.04.7 LTS running plex media server. I have been a plex user for a few years now and never have any issues. I got an email about a login that was not me, so I changed my password. After that, none of my media showed up, I had the yellow ! showing on all of my media as well as my server. I was connecting on a windows 10 box on the same LAN as the server. I started a putty session and logged into my server. I had 54 packages that needed updated and plex was also 1 version behind. I updated the ubuntu packages and the plex server to the latest version and restared the box.

I still can't see any of my library and the plex media server is not even listed anymore. It's not listed in the main menu like it normally is and is not in the 'Authorized devices' list either.
